The location was perfect. It’s only 11 minutes walk from the Kyoto station and the bus station is just across the street. Staff was super friendly and they do speak English, they are very helpful. Loved everything about this hotel.

JapanIt really is a great location. Takeda station connects two different train lines, one which can take you to Kyoto, and another that can go to Nara. As a home base, it was a great starting point. The actual room itself is extremely comfortable as well, and the convenience can’t be beat for a long stay.

Located in an excellent location near a subway station (T-line Higashiyama station),several shrines (Heian-jingu, Shorenin, Chion-in) as well as many restaurants. The hotel has limited rooms so you can be assured of privacy and quiet. We had the 4- bed room which included a kitchen, a living area and a separate toilet and bath. It also has a washing machine.
The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and amenities were provided (including skin care!).

Clean and comfortable. Complete kitchenware to cook for a simple meal. There are washing machine so you don’t need to bring extra clothes, save your luggage space. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to Kiyomizu-Gojo train station. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Sannenzaka. We can even walk to Kawaramachi area which takes less thn 20 minutes. Fresco Ohashi supermarket open 24 hours is only 700meters away. I will definitely come back here.
Reception/check in counter easy to find. They provide 1 way shuttle to the apartment.

I book the house for my friend’s family for 2 nights. The facilities are new and complete, with a washing machine, dryer, rice cooker, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils all being exceptionally good. Thank you for making our summer vacation perfect.

The location of the hotel was great for walking into the city and getting food, shopping and sightseeing done. The rooms had A/C, a washing machine and a small kitchen, which was great for medium to short stays!

The size of the Family Suite was great for a family with two adults and two teenage children. The kitchen had a full sized fridge, the beds were very comfortable and the deep bath was wonderful. Reception staff were very friendly, and kept our bags until the room was ready for check in. The air-conditioning was very comfortable and although the second "room" was blocked off by sliding doors, it had its own air-conditioning unit which kept everyone comfortable.

It is a real gem in Kyoto. The hotel is situated in the old part of the city. Close to several metro stations, historical and religious places. Shopping districts are close as well. So, location is great.
Hotel is more an apartment style, with kitchen, washing machine, and wonderful bathroom. It is super clean. Very comfortable beds and beddings. Very quiet place.
The staff is incredibly professional, kind and helpful.
I like everything about this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect, in the middle of small restaurants and izakayas, near the Nishiki-market. The amenities were old, but always clean. We could use towels for free, that was great. It was a very [at home] atmosphere. Our room (room c for 3 pers.) was big and very comfortable. I also liked the tap of filtered water in the kitchen. The personnel is very nice and helpful.
