We stayed at the Platinum Sunset and it was clean, new and beautiful.

Looooved the property it was an amazing stay ! The waterpark was so fun for the kids the pools the service was awesome ! The restaurants were delicious ! The Mexican buffet was by far a fav ! The night was was great b super family friendly and great for adults !

Great location, rooms are spacious., staff is friendly and professional. The pool is clean. Excellent buffet breakfast. We had an excellent experience with the hydrotherapy circuit, Alexandra did a great job! I definitely recommend this hotel

I loved the palm-lined beach and the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were very cozy, the entire property was spotless, and there was plenty of greenery between the guest buildings, which made it feel private and relaxing. Seeing animals living on the property was a lovely bonus.

The food was top shelf. All the staff were very accommodating and friendly. A huge shoutout to Bryan in the buffet, very attentive and pleasant . Great daily entertainment. No timeshare salesmen

The food served was impressive, with a delightful variety that changed daily. From hearty breakfasts to exquisite dinners, every meal was thoughtfully prepared and tasted fantastic. I appreciated the effort put into presenting a variety of cuisines and flavors, ensuring there was always something new and exciting to try. Whether it was a warm, freshly baked pastry or a gourmet dish made with local ingredients, each dining experience was a highlight of my stay. Moreover, the staff's service was excellent. They were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to creating a welcoming environment enhanced my overall experience and made me feel valued as a guest. Location was great beach was beautiful pools and beach bars were awesome as well.

Great location to explore Playa del Carmen as well as environs. Transportation is easily accessible and tour companies are close by. The area is very safe and vibrant also. This is a great value for money accommodation.

We stayed at The Reef 28 for two nights and had such an amazing experience that we ended up extending our stay by one more night! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. Initially, the room we got was a bit noisy, but the staff were incredibly helpful and moved us to a quieter room the next day, which was perfect. The spa and facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding – probably the best we’ve had in Mexico playa de Carmen . The location is ideal – just a short walk to the main shopping street. Every staff member we met was professional, kind, and welcoming. If we ever come back to Playa del Carmen (which we absolutely plan to), this will definitely be our first choice again!

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Edgar, Victor, Edson, Leo, Jaime, and the waitresses were fantastic. Rooms were well kept and property was very clean. The free yoga is such an amazing amenity. Tigre (the cat) is an extra bonus that I loved. Favorites: Yoga, Temazcal, Tigre, Staff, Live Music :)

The hotel is all inclusive, the food were excellent Extremely clean and organized in all aspects Safety, you were able to walk to Playa del Carmen downtown Beach was clean, blue sea and comfortable sun-chair

I liked everything about the property. The customer service from all of the staff was amazing. The drinks and food were top tier. The bed and pillows were so plush, I didn’t want to leave my bed. The day and night entertainment were truly entertaining. I will 100% return to this resort

The Hotel is very nice, it has a wonderful beach and the rooms are located in separated buildings hidden from the others. The natural environment, with the vegetation and the small wild animals makes everything perfect. The food in all the restaurants is also very tasty.

This place was truly elegant.It had a private reserve with a private pool, away from the antics of spring breakers. The food was okay in the restaurants. There was a particularly good private for reserve.Only restaurant that served lunch and breakfast.That was outstanding. They keep the property perfectly.

The breakfast were exceptional.

During our staying the hurricane beryl landfall at Playa del Carmen beach, the emergency power generator provided electricity and WiFi internet access all time. We restaurants provided meals and drinks and the staff was exceptional, we will return to the property for sure!

Without a doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed in.. Highly recommended. Everything is excellent. The food and quality are amazing. The infinity pool is excellent. The service from the staff is excellent. The location is within walking distance of the lively 5th Avenue of Playa del Carmen. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Everything was phenomenal, from the swim up room to the restaurants to the beach to the spa to the entertainment. Pop up lunch specials were all beyond amazing food! I felt special and pampered and relaxed.
