Villas in Catania

(Alessandro) An endless list of luxurious features just run through my head right now. The concept of 'full optionals' for a car I would use it for this peaceful, luxurious and surrounded by greenery Villa. As we arrived, Mr. Salvatore welcomed us making us feel already at home. The one car garage is an incredible feature of the property as it gives you right away the peace of mind you need after a long trip. Few stairs from the garage and you arrive in the Lounge/Bbcue Area that has all the commodities you might need. You'll be immediately amazed by the perfectly cured greenery that framed the whole property. As you pass the Bbcue/Lounge area you'll notice an incredible jacuzzi surrounded by greenery and lemon trees. Forgot to tell Mr. Salvatore I used few lemons to dress the salad 😊 You also would find mint or rosemary to use it as you like. Upon our arrival Mr Salvatore brought us fresh fruits. Loved to walk barefoot on the green right after I woke up holding my espresso cup. The coffee machine is fantastic and the coffee provided is the one I love the most, Borbone. The house features 2 comfortable bedrooms and a sofa that turns into a bed or 2. Bedrooms are very comfortable and have plenty of space/spcious closets to organize your belongings/ clothes . I loved the Lighting in one of the bedroom . Beds are comfy and the 100% colored cotton sheets make the rest . In hotels I remember I used to ask for extra pillows …here you have four for a bed. One bedroom has a smart tv. The kitchen has more utensils than a restaurant. I love preparing happy hours and I have to say that with all the dishes, trays or bowls it was easy. Prosecco was chilling in one of the ice buckets I found as I filled up the tray with snacks. Vacation in my opinion does not mean start looking for something you won’t find but indeed it means using what you see to enjoy your stay and in this case the property has a tons of things to use .

The host, Valeria, was really nice. We especially enjoyed the spacious outside area.

This whole place and stay was fantastic!!! Everything we’d hoped for and more. The hosts were also so kind and welcoming…truly wonderful.

The accommodations were clean, conveniently located and very comfortable. After long days of sightseeing the beautiful surroundings it was wonderful to be able to relax in such a place.

Great place at a great location with lots of space, perfect for exploring the old town. Would stay again! Great host with easy communication.

Comfortable Air conditioner Cute, authentic decor

The apartment is huge! She has everything. Think of everything down to the last detail. The bed is super comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms and they are perfect and comfortable. The apartment even has a washing machine, clothes pegs, electric towel warmer, cleaning supplies, iron, front and back outdoor balcony. The location of the apartment is very central.

Lovely spacious apartment with all necessary amenities. The host Alessandra went above and beyond. She was available for check-in and check-out (being very flexible here). She recommended the best restaurants and sites to visit and even though we know Catania, we discovered so many new things. If I would return to Catania, I would always only choose Casa Flos. It is important to mention that the apartment is in the last floor of the old palace (with elevator) - hence, it not only has the best views over Catania and the duomo area, but it can be aerated very well so we didn't have to use an AC. This was an unexpected bonus!!

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean. Centrally located. On site amenities like cooking oil, coffee, milk, assorted breakfast foods. Right in the heart of town, close to everything. Nicer than the pictures!the host was amazing.. very responsive, even brought us a bottle of nice wine as a gift. 10/10

The place is very close the center and the apartment have space enough and all what you needed for a vacation.

Walking distance from the airport

Everything! I felt like home. Everything was clean, modern. Outside was super hot but the apartment was perfect temperature with the AC. The hostess were super nice and very attentive.

Great location. Close to airport and buses going to pretty much all towns in Sicily. Really clean and aesthetic, even more so considering Sicilian standards. Friendly host. Funny location (it's a little home next to a home of an actual Italian family). Rather clean, calm and safe neighbourhood (compared to the rest of Catania). Dilleta itself was also spacious, modern, had bedroom, bathroom and big living room mixed with kitchen. There was also no cockroaches, bedbugs and other insects (unlike in other accomodations in Catania). Really - it's all you need for a few days trip. Definitely worth the price too. Oh and the bed - holy crap. I've never slept in a more comfortable bed. There's also high quality AC in bedroom.
