Villas in Syracuse

The property was large and very clean. It had everything required for a long stay. The pool was beautiful, however we did not have great weather so could not use it.

Elena and her husband are great hosts! They waited to meet us the first evening, ordered pizza for us while we unpacked. Great place for (young) children, large garden, swings, swimming pool and various other toys! Breakfast was delicious, more than enough for all of us. Good location, not too far from Siracusa, supermarket close by, within 5 minutes we were on the highway to Noto/Catania. We had a great time!!

Superb location in the heart of Ortigia but down a small alley so there’s no road noise. Very private and quiet. Extremely clean. Kitchen has everything we needed to cook light meals and eggs for breakfast. Ample towels, soap and shampoo provided. Comfortable small couch in the living room and dining table. The shower stall is a bit small, but water pressure was good. The owner left us enough coffee pods for each day of our stay and also some breads and jams, which was very nice. We are a couple traveling together so we only stayed in one room but there was a second room with a twin bed. Both rooms don’t have windows to the outside, but we like that because it allows us to sleep in. Bed was comfortable and some of the pillows were too fluffy, but we found extra pillows in the closet that were a bit smaller and worked well for us. There is only one AC for the apartment and it’s in the living room next to the front door. Again, we traveled alone so it wasn’t a problem as we just left the bedroom door open. If you’re traveling with another person, keep in mind that you might have to keep doors open if you need the place very cool in the heat of the summer. The home is made of stone, so it keeps cool very well. When we travel we don’t spend much time in the apartment as we like to explore, but we really enjoyed our stay here. The location could not be more perfect. We parked just outside of the two main bridges and it’s about a 5 minute walk to the apartment from there on level streets.

Decor, Staff, Breakfast and location

A great location in the Centre of Ortigia. A great apartment with an additional bedroom in the attic. All amenities were provided including a washing machine. Very comfortable stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

It’s small studio apartment but has everything you need for short stay. It’s clean and very good located close to bus and train station, supermarket. Host Mickel met us , it was nice, explained all the details. It was nice stay! Thank you Mickel

The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

The place is very cozy, comfortable and clean and Marilena had taken great care of us, making sure we have enough water, coffee and breakfast items. Even if we never met, she was always available on WhatsApp for any questions or requests. The apartment is spacious and private and very well-equipped, including a kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, etc.) and a washing machine.

The BEST apartment we have ever stayed in. Not just for the space and the beautiful decor but for its situation in Siracusa and especially for the fantastic hosts. Extraordinary breakfast also

The host went above and beyond to help - always available, supportive, and very accommodating. The place was so clean, spacious, and easy to get around. I would definitely stay here if I come back to this town again.
