The host is lovely and engaging, and the welcoming materials were useful and interesting. Lovely quiet area, good for walks around, but also walking distance from the town centre. The cottage was beautifully decorated and amply supplied. Would have loved to stay longer - would be great for 2 people staying a week or so. Hope to return!

We had such a wonderful two nights here, I wish we didn't have to leave. Marco greeted us by their house, and their cute dog Annie. We bought some trout, olive oil etc and drove down to our cottage. We had Pine which is the closest to the mountain. We loved it, it had everything you might need and it was set up so perfectly. We used the hot tub both nights and we were able to see the stars so well, we even spotted the starlink trail both nights which was memorable! We really felt one with nature and we sat for hours just looking out on the amazing scenery. I 1000% recommend staying here. I recommend hiking to the swimming hole and visit the sun downer spot over the hill in time for sunset. Don't forget to bring some drinks and snack!

Our Hosts Tara and Dave were fantastic from the start to the end of our stay in their beautiful mountainous country retreat. It's such a lovely place to relax, have a BBQ (Braai) or take hikes into the mountain. Dave kindly took us on a lovely walk through the mountains to a hotel spa nearby. I wish we had more time to stay and explore\relax. I will definitely be coming back again, The Chalet had everything we needed for self catering and was very clean.
