This is more of a "maybe" place as to a second stay, but after our initial surprise at how small and tight it is, we found it adequate for our needs (i.e., a good bed and a hot shower). Pictures give the impression of a bigger space, bed is wall to wall in a corner, window about opens, a nice find. No cooking facilities, but a hot pot and a small refrigerator, no bathroom sink, so used "kitchen" sink for toothbruhing (toilet has a built in sink on it, but only useful for hand washing). Location is ok, walked into main town area to go to undeground mall.

The apartment was very clean, and everything looked very new and worked perfectly. We especially liked being able to use the shower dryer to dry laundry. Staff responded very quickly to any messages I sent and were always professional and helpful. There was a supply of clean towels and trash bags provided at the entrance. Check-in and check-out procedures were clearly communicated and easy to understand. The location was convenient to many supermarkets and public transportation.

The area is in a nice quiet residential area, close to bus stops and supermarket. The room is spacious and washing machine plus clothes drying function of the bathroom is really convenient.

Great location, large room, frig, micro, washing machine. There was a stove and cookware but we didn’t use it. Netflix for the kids! Secured entry. Bathroom had a drying feature so our clothes dried fairly quick. Convenience stores, supermarket, restaurants all nearby

Spacious room with well-equipped facilities, impeccably clean overall, and situated in a convenient location.

Needed to stay 1 night close to the airport. Comfy room with easy access. Very close to popular restaurants and the hotel was so helpful to us and told us about a yummy restaurant.

The staff was lovely and the apartment was wonderful. After using the paper cups or plastic cutlery in the previous hotel stays (which is also ok, they provided a lounge) it felt great to have a kitchen, have silverware and real cups. Also was great to be able to cook simple things like porridge. The apartment was perfectly clean and spacious too. Location was great too, several local and tasty izakayas nearby, if you can find a space in that is, convenience stores 2 mins walk away. Would have liked to stay a bit longer, Fukuoka has a lot to offer!

The property is conveniently close to the station and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby (8-10mins leisure walk). The property has all the amenities you need and suitable for family of 5 like us for a long stay of 9 days.

It's location at the start of the food district.

We searched high and low for spacious accommodations for our group of three adults and two kids, and we couldn’t have been happier staying here. The family apartment was incredibly spacious, far exceeding typical Japanese standards. It has three bedrooms with three beds, each with its own bathroom, plus an extra bed in the common area. The apartment is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with popular ramen spots, plenty of dining options, shopping malls, and Tenjin Station all nearby. Highly recommended for larger groups.

The hotel has a great location, making it convenient for exploring Fukuoka. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and provide a comfortable stay. The check-in process is smooth, and the facilities are modern.

Close to the ferry and close to restaurants

Huge room with good amenities. Good for a family of 8. Efficient staff, assisted us upon check in. A lot of restos to eat arround.
