I have stayed in this place twice and will book again. It is very reasonably priced and right by the sea front. The decor is simple but all you need is there .

Everything was great. The staff was very nice and helpful about any asked question, the service provided was great with daily change of cups and water refills. The room was great (we had the Venitian Room) with a great space to mov and enjoy the place, but also a large balcony with a seaview. The room was tidy and neat, TV services were excellent and the bathroom was great as well. The location was super, basically on the seafront near the pier and a few minutes walk from the tower and the Royal Pavilion, as well as other services such as stores and buses.

Best hotel in UK, very friendly staff and service was excellent. I had a great sea view and hot bath experience. I’ll definitely come back again!

Location was very close( across the road, but not directly on the major road, more a quiet backroad) to the beach and short walk to the pier.steps away from the “Lanes” and o many unique stores and restaurants. Easy access to the transportation hub( buses and train), and the National Express coach to Heathrow with frequent departures, was also steps away.

Absolutely loved staying here! The room was beautiful, with a lovely view. The staff were exceptional!

Unexpectedly wonderful. Authentic. Didn't expect a pub but turned out to be a plus. Very good food for both dinner and breakfast. Spacious room with modern bathroom. Nicest people.

Locality to everything, very central and easy to get to things i needed to get to. Single room with shower and toilet. Nice powerful fan for the hot weather which was perfect. No noise from anyone else staying there and easy check in.
