Beautiful quiet well appointed Host could not do enough for us

Bruce the house keeper was very accommodating and friendly made our stay feel very welcomed and the place was clean

While the apartment is a bit of a walk up a hill, it’s worth it as the views are so stunning of the lake. The room was warm and cozy and the shared facilities were clean and nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing view, very clean facilities, generous breakfast and attentive host

Really amazing view of the lake and the mountains, able to watch the sun come up and hit the mountains and see the moon on the other side. Parking included, TV with Netflix and small kitchenette but had everything we needed for making breakfasts and packed lunches. Hosts were very helpful and easy to contact/communicate with!

Dan and Mitzi made us feel right at home, their home made breakfasts were fantastic and they were able to cater to dietary requirements. Mitzi baked special treats each day that were delicious. Room was very cozy with nice fluffy robes and comfortable beds. Location was lovely and convenient.

Great character, elegant but homelike and comfortable

This B&B ranks as one of our favourite of all time! The location was amazing - on quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The view from our bedroom was gorgeous, with beautiful sunsets over the lake and mountains. The room was spacious, with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and complementary coffee/tea. The bathroom was large, and had a spectacular walk-in shower with a bench. There was also a heated towel rack. Best of all, was the attentiveness of our host, David. He answered messages promptly, and gave us advice on sights, restaurants, shopping, etc. He even offered to do our laundry for a nominal fee. Parking is available just outside the BnB. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Look no further!

Good amenities. Calm and serene environment .

It was exceptional. The host was above and beyond. The area was full of walks and there was beautiful scenery where ever you looked. Loved it.

Beautiful B&B room with full ensuite and excellent decor, and also many thoughtful facilities provided. The room and ensuite are spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our flight was cancelled at short notice and we were lucky to find this gem for a one night stay. Host Peggy was very welcoming on our arrival despite the late notice check-in and made us feel right at home. Close to Queenstown Airport (7k) with magnificent views over Lake Wakatipu, the location is excellent and we would love to have been be able to stay longer. Highly recommend this accommodation Thanks Peggy!
