I loved everything. The hotel is so quirky and different to other places I usually stay. It was very quiet during my stay, the bars and rooftop vibe would be great once there are more people staying there as they were empty each time I had a look. The gym, sauna, steam room and pool are amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff that I would like to commend for their outstanding customer service and professionalism: Jill, James, Ella, Kathleen and Gerard. They all went above and beyond what I expected. The room was amazing and the boutique hotel was very luxurious. If you are looking for the best experience and the best room in a beautiful top-end hotel, look no further. We will be back. Everything about this hotel is top drawer and so comfortable! We were even able to check in early and freshen up before touring.

Loved this hotel, the decor, the greenery, the facilities, the margaritas at the crane bar, the sauna and pool - I was sad to leave! We stayed here for the Lady Gaga concert and the location for this was exceptional.

Great stay overall. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Loved the location, close to the waterfront walk and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Staying at Crown Promenade made my visit to Melbourne even more memorable. The hotel is centrally located yet very quite and private. The staff were very friendly and kind and always eager to help. Rooms are spacious (I had the standard king), very clean and well equipped. Great sound insulation so you can barely hear anyone from the other rooms. I stayed at an upper floor and I could see St Kilda from my window. Hotel facilities are excellent, from the elevators to valet parking or the pool. I would strongly recommend to anyone visiting the city for leisure or business. I was sorry to leave and hope to be back again to Melbourne soon. I would stay at Crown Promenade again.

We loved the lobby, the location, the beds!, the size of the rooms, the shower! Everything. The temperature of the room and views. Will stay again. The buffet breakfast was ace! And the staff were wonderful.

Fabulous location, close to southbank with many food and drink options. Nice amenities, comfy bed, clean apartment and staff were lovely.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed five nights for a trade show. Denis lent his shopping carts for me to carry my stuff to the exhibition everyday. Hotel is a bit old, but service and location won! I will stay again next time.

Hotel was clean, modern and well priced. It exceeded our expectations
