From the time we got there, we were greeted with a warm smile, making it super simple to check in. The room we occupied was neat and organized, with enough space for three people. We had our meals at the Polo Cafe on the lower level, and it was a pleasant experience; the food looked great and tasted amazing.

We asked about the possibility of having access to a microwave, and, within a few hours, they brought one up to our room! Also, we loved the bustling atmosphere right in the university district and the many delightful shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was elegant, with a beautiful restaurant and pool area.

Perfect central location. The room was spacious and clean and the shared facilities on the 1st floor (kitchen, gym and laundry) was perfect. Great value for such a central spot.

The amenities of the room, like a set of dishes, dishwasher, and stove, exceeded my expectations. We put the mini fridge to good use and ate many meals in the room. I accidentally broke one of the glasses and the staff was quick to send up someone to clean up the mess and bring me a replacement. I spent a lot of time in the room and it was very quiet and comfortable.

Very relaxing staff very friendly

This was the perfect hotel room. Laundry, little terrace, kitchenette and all the facilities the hotel had to offer. Located nicely in Collingwood, close to the main streets.

Very spacious modern apartment. Clean. Great welcome,we were very early arriving but able to freshen up even though our room was not available.
