Loved the theme and the attention to detail. It was very clean and well maintained. The mixture of adult fun and relaxing after care. The outdoor bath and fire was the icing on the cake. Beautiful views and location.

Well cleaned house, it looks lovely and is nicely decorated. Has everything you could need in the kitchen and throughout the house, having Netflix available was great and was appreciative of the snacks and coffee machine. It was very thoughtful of the hosts to have these little extras. If we had more time to spend it would have been lovely to have a BBQ on the deck and make use of the beautiful space. We did manage to get an uber out there and uber eats so it's not too far from things (do note though, the ubers wern't super happy about it, in particular the dirt road, and we couldnt get one back home from the wedding just as an FYI for other guests).

Carmel is an friendly and courteous host. There have been ample amount of thoughts and heart put in this property. The rooms and garden are well decorated. Plenty of small toys and books for kids. Plenty of option for continental breakfast. Highly recommended.

A beautifully-kept house surrounded by greenery and looking...

A beautifully-kept house surrounded by greenery and looking out at tall trees. Silent and peaceful. Up an unsealed road, my only concern was navigating the entrance to the driveway which had to be approached several times at different angles to actually overcome the steep hump. Would definitely return. Best experiences were: the fabulous Healesville Animal Sanctuary; the 2 hour, eastern Sherbrooke Forest walk( where we saw 3 Lyre birds up close); the 1000 steps walk.

Cockatoo is a very scenic area.

Cockatoo is a very scenic area. A car is required to get around. We ate in Gembrooke at an excellent restaurant - The Independent. We visited Fielderberry Berry Farm, where you could pick your own berries. Berry Ice-cream and coffee were also available.

From the little make up remover black face towl, to the wood stove ready when we arrived. This was truly a luxurious place. Beatiful gift for our honeymoon as we arrived. I will always recommend this beautiful warm and cozy accomodations. We are so grateful to have exprerienced such a natural, amazing area.
