The host Katrina is approachable and accommodating. Bed is soooooo comfotable and relaxing. Clean room. Location is great since it's just a few meters away from the shops and stores. Quiet location so you can really relax after your busy day. Great value for money. I would absolutely come back!

Heaps of things to do and see if you have the time.

Heaps of things to do and see if you have the time. A must for the shopping precinct. heaps of Op Shops. The beach is lovely at any time of the year. Getting around Mornington isn't too hard, it does help to have a GPS if you're not use to the area.

A good variety of retail shops and clothing stores ( damaging to the wallet ! I would suggest going to R and B for fantastic ladies clothing . The Irish pub was fun with a guitarist on Sunday night . There is a huge variety of restaurants and I would recommend Bistro I .

Myself and my friend did two winery trips, both I highly recommend 1) Mornington Peninsula Plunge Wine Tour (involved walking) and great wineries 2) Amazing Co - Bus Tour Check out The Bon Vivant's Companion in the Main St.

We were not there for long but good for what we needed.

We were not there for long but good for what we needed. We went to the Peninsula Springs, did a scenic drive around the area, looked for places to eat, relaxed in the pool and spa and relaxed in the room. With a car it was easy to get around. We bought groceries and mostly ate in the room. We would recommend the Springs, the Peninsula one is a lot older and it is obvious, and the Alba one is new and it is obvious as well. Both have similar attractions, however price is a consideration. Both venues need to supply a brochure or a detailed map of the areas to go to and open/closing time, eg Cafes and an organic route to follow. We will be back to Mornington.

Mornington is very central with tasty food and wine.

Mornington is very central with tasty food and wine. Just a short drive to Portsea, Flinders, Redhill, and Frankston to enjoy the beaches, walking tracks or a long bike ride along the bay. Finish the day with a lovely meal and a cocktail while watching to sun go down.

It was about 11hours drive from Adelaide.

It was about 11hours drive from Adelaide. Need atleast 3 days here just to get a feel for all the lovely beaches. I have boys 13 and 15 that enjoyed going to Arthur's seat, The lighthouse and walk, Marthas cove, a walk at the bunkers at Portsea and a gorgeous garden near Sorrento. As long as there was a cafe nearby (there always is). The weather has been warm in April and we've only worn a jumper in the morning. Easy to find.

The house has 3 different zones and allows for couples to have their own zone and space. Each section was super comfortable and had a double bed little kitchen and shower and toilet. So functional and user friendly. Location was awesome as you can see the beach from front of home and just a 2 minute drive to main at Mornington.

The room was clean and quiet. There was absolutely no noise from the popular restaurant downstairs. Location was good for us as we had a number of different attractions to visit in the mornington peninsula area
