2 bedroom apartment. Spa bath and courtyard. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a full sized fridge, dishwasher , full sized fridge, all cutlery and cooking needs supplied. Washing machine and clothesline. Washing detergent supplied. One queen and one double bed. There are three smart flat screen TV’s located in the property in both bedrooms and the living room. The bathroom will step you back in time. The bath is very deep and ready to relax in. Body wash and hairdryer supplied. All towels supplied, including outdoor towels for the spa or the beach. Private courtyard with a spa. Private entry. Only a 2 minute drive from the beach. It’s close enough to walk to if you’d prefer. Within walking distance to Main Street that provides boutique shopping , the Wednesday Market, banks, a newsagent and post office. Great location which is also close to the Homemaker Centre and Coles, Woolworths and Aldi. Very clean and comfortable. Family friendly. Hypoallergenic bedding. Pets are approved upon You have the whole property. Checking in is available 24/7 after being approved as entry is contactless. No parties, hens or bucks nights.
I’m local to the area. I reside with my adult daughter, 2 dogs and 2 cats. I love my pets and love to be able to travel with them when I can. This is why my unit is a pet friendly accommodation choice. I can answer questions and provide assistance with any questions or queries about the Mornington Peninsula. This property is self-managed by me and I take personal pride in the facilities provided and all aspects of the property.
Mornington is a beautiful town in a great location. We are home to boutique shopping and walking distance to Main Street. We have many markets, including the renowned Wednesday Market which is on every Wednesday on Main Street. Mornington has all of the shops you may need including Aldi, Woolworths and Coles. The beaches are so beautiful here. My favourite beach, Fisherman’s Beach is a 2 minute drive away. There is no shortage of things to do on The Mornington Peninsula. It is a stunning location. Our beaches are touted as some of the best in the world.
