Excellent accommodation, friendly welcome.

Excellent accommodation, friendly welcome. Excellent breakfast and facilities. Loved the little bottle of fresh milk and chilled water in the fridge near the room to help yourself to. Relaxing and excellent clean and comfortable room. There is a Television/ rest room . Couldn’t ask for more. Hope to stay again. Clearly marked parking , great access to motorway to continue on a journey or visit sites, ideal distance to and from the motorway.

Ok stay but not the standard expected.

Ok stay but not the standard expected. A good clean is needed in apartment and on the balcony, which offered zero privacy. The water from bathroom taps would severely injure a small child it was so hot , so children beware. Fans required for bedrooms as it got quite warm at night and had to request this along with baking trays and tea towels so we could cook. No breakfast facility onsite, but enjoyed going to Cafe Dolce in Lancaster city centre for a wonderful breakfast. Staff lovely and generally helpful.

10 in all departments. We were looking for a midweek relaxing break, we found the perfect one. 5 stars, 10 out of 10 in every department. Very impressive acommodation and exellent staff. We will be recommending and returning.

We booked a 2-bedroom, a 1-bedroom and a studio and were...

We booked a 2-bedroom, a 1-bedroom and a studio and were delighted with them all. The apartments were clean and wonderfully equipped with each having a full kitchen! The 2-bedroom was great for getting the whole family together (10 people) the living area was large with sofas and armchairs. The dining table seated 7 easily and everybody was happy.

Great centreal location to stay, easy access to the Lakes...

Great centreal location to stay, easy access to the Lakes and North Yorkshire by car, some really nice local villages to explore if you dont know the area too well, Glasson Dock and Gargrave, great locaL park in Lancaster nearby, Williamson Park, if you are visiting with children, with really good play areas, cafe and in the spring-summer an amazing butterfly house.

It’s in a really relaxing location.

It’s in a really relaxing location. There’s lots of nature around. Beautiful scenery. There’s a farm next to the hotel where you can see them grazing which the children loved. Local shops were 20 minutes drive away.
