The lodge is absolutely stunning and in a beautiful location. Everything was immaculate and we had everything we needed. I was so impressed from the moment we turned up. My daughters were very happy and made use of the games. I can’t recommend this lodge enough. Pure bliss. The hosts were brilliant and are on hand to answer any queries.

Exxcellent campsite about 10 minutes away.

Exxcellent campsite about 10 minutes away. The Nantcol Falls campsite. You can also visit for a day if you are going walking or to see the waterfalls. Car parking £4 for the day. Once again, very friendly staff and all the facilities you could need.

Great location for visiting other areas.

Great location for visiting other areas. Within easy reach of Harlech, Porthmadog, Beddgelert, Betws y coed and Llangollen. Local waterfalls are definitely worth a visit . We ate at the Victoria inn but there were another 2 local pubs which looked inviting. The inns food was sooo good and great choice, as well as reasonably priced - a little gem

A beautiful Welsh village with extraordinary places of...

A beautiful Welsh village with extraordinary places of beauty and interest to visit on foot or by car. We’ve been coming to Llanbedr and using it as our base to explore further afield for almost 50 years. Having found near perfection, no need to look further and if it’s peace and quite you want then the beaches nearby such as Harlech beach or the serene mountain beauty spots close by are simply stunning and you can find space to be alone even in the hight of the season but if it’s a more traditional seaside fun holiday you’re looking for, then places like Barmouth are only a short drive away.

A good place to stay if visiting Harlech castle.

A good place to stay if visiting Harlech castle. We took the train to Harlech then got a 2 for 1 deal on the entry fee. We then walked back to llanbedr along the beach and then along a path-took several hours.

One of the prettiest villages on the stretch of coast...

One of the prettiest villages on the stretch of coast between Barmouth and Porthmadog. For a small village they are blessed with three pubs, Ty Mawr, The Victoria Inn and Hafan Artro which is some feat in today's climate. Llanbedr is an excellent base to visit Barmouth, Harlech, Portmeirion and Porthmadog. There's plenty of great beaches nearby, including the vast beach at Harlech stretching for 9 kms and easy access for hiking the nearby hills. Personally speaking, I'd say it's my favourite Welsh village and lots of people I meet there say the same thing, Some people I know have been returning every year for over 50 years now and still love it.

Lovely quiet, well presented village with an excellent pub...

Lovely quiet, well presented village with an excellent pub for meals and very reasonably priced. The Victoria were very accommodating and although it showed restaurant full on their website they did allow us to find a seat in the bar and order meals. Little shop had everything we needed. Ĺanbedr sits in between Harlech and Barmouth, both lovely places to visit with nice restaurants around the harbour side of Barmouth.

Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Dog friendly. Lots of parking. Nice patio area at rear with games cabin. Well stocked bar. Food served in the evening was plentiful and tasty. The Sunday lunch was definitely worth it.
