Everything was exceptional from the welcome of the staff on arrival,the corner room 109 far exceeded our expectations having a dual aspect swivel chairs ,great facilities it was clean and spacious it was everything we had hoped for and more.

Free parking, location right next to the promenade, make sure to get a room with sea view! Very friendly and helpful staff. Value for money.

The staff at booking in was great. really friendly and helpful. the room was big and lots of room to put my clothes and things away instead of them staying in my case. the carpark was big enough for a lot of cars.

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially at breakfast which was amazing! The pool was great too.

Not far from beach , shops, and train stations. Got nice sleeping and bedroom really clean.

As usual, I love staying at this hotel. Beds are always good and comfortable. Breakfast good.

Beautiful hotel, in a lovely setting. We had a warm welcome at reception and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel also had beautiful gardens.

I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about Hayley and the lovely Hotel No. 5 - I had such a wonderful time in Llandudno because of my stay here. To start, it's spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and I loved that it's a little bit removed from the hustle and bustle of everything (yet still very close, walkable, and steps from the bus stop!) The breakfast was absolutely delicious and included everything you could need to start your day. But the greatest part of the experience is Hayley, who goes above and beyond for her guests! She is so knowledgeable about the area, always checks in to make sure that you're enjoying your stay, and just pours her heart and soul into Hotel No.5 - and it shows! Really recommend staying here if you're traveling to Llandudno. I will absolutely stay again next time I'm in town!

The hosts were so lovely and welcoming and the room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was hearty and the fruit pots were a lovely addition. The best part was the location which was just perfect.

Lovely old hotel right on the water. Clean. Staff is lovely and very helpful. I asked for a fan - in October - and she brought me one right away. Room is adorable. Walking distance to great food.
