As soon as you arrive here you know your in for a wonderful time.The grounds are beautiful and look amazing even in the winter months and the welcome we got with Abby and Matt was just very welcoming and friendly.We had one of the cottages that sleep four which are lovely and are very hi spec and overlooks a beautiful lake and i have never stayed in a place where they have thought of everything and even a free pint of milk in the fridge waiting for you and complimentary biscuits, What a lovely touch.If you are thinking of booking this do not hesitate as this place is pure paradise backed up with lovely hosts and we are going to re book as soon as possible.Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Everything was good. Nice place, well kept, decent price point. One complaint, seeing it far too often now, late check-in, early check-out. 11am-12pm check-out and 1pm-2pm check-in should be law as far as I’m concerned. 2 hours in between is sufficient. 4pm check-in, and 10am check-out is a stretch. Hopefully adjust it to accommodate their customers. It didn’t affect me, but I want to see it everywhere.

I’m recovering from ill health and, as part of my recovery,...

I’m recovering from ill health and, as part of my recovery, we decided to grab a change of scenery and also meet up with other family members. South Perrott is a very pretty village on the edge of the Dorset border, nestled in a shallow valley, the pretty properties built with local Hamstone added to its beauty, the glorious weather was a bonus.

Excellent rooms very clean couldn’t fault anything Breakfast was very good good quality and quantity very well cooked and presented with home made bread cooked daily. Very limited menu for the evening but not a problem as lovely friendly pubs within 5 mins drive with excellent food and a fair price especially the Admiral Hood

We were in the area for a family wedding and looking for...

We were in the area for a family wedding and looking for something comfortable, convenient and clean and we got all of that. Room 5 is very well appointed and has a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was generous and flexible. My husband left his phone charger in the room and it was posted back to us within a 2 days.
