The hotel is located near the center of town, making it easy to walk anywhere you want to go. The hotel itself is clean, and the staff was amazing.

Very friendly staff, really did everything to make me feel comfortable. Even "giftet" me a night for free, where I was doing the Acatenango hike. 10/10

Very nice cooked to order breakfast, brand new small hotel, compact but all the essentials. Very small but good rooms for a single person but it might be tight for a couple in most of the rooms. Shower was fine, beds comfortable and staff were very attentive.

It was easy to make changes. The staff always cordial and willing to help at any moment. Doesn't have curfew hours, just don't be obscenely loud, be cordial and you would find it quiet and relaxing place to have a beautiful day and nights.

The staff were extremely kind, polite, and helpful. They were very accommodating with both early check-in and late check-out. Breakfast was included and very good. The location is excellent—close to the city center and very secure, with locked doors and security cameras. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Great vibes with everything you need onsite. Eg Bar, Restaurant, Massages and tour bookings.

Great price, nice location, felt very safe

I had the room with view and above access to rooftop. It was amazing. Breakfast was very nice and fresh and staff very helpful with everything. Very close to the arch and other places and very easy to get uber from here and good food places nearby

The peppery is very clean, and the staff is very easy to commutative with. The location is also ideal, as you are close enough to the city center but far enough away to avoid all the noise.

Location was great - walking distance to everything. Room was clean and had basic stove to make a cuppa. Staff were friendly and worked hard to understand us (learning Spanish now!) Airport transfer was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was in another building and only one choice each day but we were happy with our breakfast and coffee.

It is a very nice, comfortable and pleasant old house, the staff is very willing to provide you with information about the places of interest and they are attentive to any need.

The atmosphere was so chill and perfect for backpackers. The staff was so friendly!

The hotel was quiet and perfect for our family. The hosts were great and made us feel right at home. Location is perfect - only a short walk from town and the market.
