We will stay here again. It was great value. The house is spacious and well equipped. It's an older house but tastfully and well renovated. "Adorable" was one description from our team. It has a large heat pump so is comfortable in hot weather! Nice tv too. Location is good in central Roxburgh. Communication from the owners was excellent- fast response and very clear. They went out of their way to answer questions and were very helpful in providing access to the garage for charging our e-bikes.

We stayed here before when cycling the Roxburgh Gorge track. It was great the first time and just as good second time around. The unit is compact and self-sufficient with washer and dryer, secure storage for bikes, an excellent little kitchen and comfortable beds. Being detached and set back from the main road, it is also peaceful.

Very characterful property with astonishing interior conversion from church-space to living-space and excellent outside deck with directional blinds. Fabulous hosting and a selection of foods and drinks available for purchase. Great heating and cooling systems too. Easy walk into Millar's Flat and very convenient for the cycle trails. Comfortable and livable space to stay in.

My review was cut off before I'd finished it and did not do this property justice. It was Exceptional... It was Warm.. Comfortable and very Clean... And had every requirement covered. (I would happily move in permanently.) It is set in a quiet country setting so wonderful for time out or a quiet retreat... But the village is just a hop skip and jump away and I can recommend the Forfar gallery as a great place to visit It would truly be "my" privilege to stay here again!!
