The staff was helpful. He came out even at 1 or 2 AM at night when we couldn't find the location. As the booking.com location is slightly off. It's behind in the alley but location shows in front.

It is good value for money. Clean, quiet and comfortable. They even helped me get my clothes that fell down outside of the hotel, very helpful and attentive staff 👍

I had a really lovely stay here! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. I was lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to a room with a bathtub and a balcony overlooking a stunning view — such a relaxing experience. The service was warm and attentive, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for comfort and a peaceful stay near West Lake!

For the price, it’s unbeatable. We couldn’t stand the noise of the old quarter so this was a perfect and quiet location for us, just a 10 min scoot away from central. The bed was super comfy, breakfast was simple but over all, everything was exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

Great price for a 2 room suite. great location of renting motorcycles from Tigit. Clean and comfortable. Balcony is great. The bar and restaurant on the roof is fantastic as is the food. 2nd time staying here.

This hotel is excellent, it is not as far away as it seems, and is actually quite close to some Western areas of Hanoi. The staff were great.

The staff was amazing and the police was beautiful and it was supremely clean oh my God this is by far the best hotel in the entire team of Hanoi and when I say hotel I don't mean multinational Resort I don't mean the five stars I'm talking about hotels

Awesome staff! Always very helpful at everything! Thank hat ever I needed they were ready, I just can't tell you enough how much I was like staying there. The only draw back was because it was away from. The center but the staff and stay were very comfortable and reasonable! I love it every bit
