My flight landed very late, and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I arrived safely and comfortably. He stayed up until around midnight to ensure I was able to access the property without any issues, called to check that everything was okay, and even asked if there was anything I needed. Excellent location. There are many grocery shops and restaurants around. This property has 2 A/C. Good hot water. Water pressure is very strong. Good mattress. I slept well on it. Good security. Very friendly staff. Good size for one bedroom. Everything is good overall.

Thank you that I found it, it's quiet and cozy place. In fact, everything is within walking distance, all cafes and restaurants are nearby, plus the apartments are quiet, which is very comfortable and no one bothers you. Thank you very much. The owner of the apartments speaks English and she is very friendly.

We had a great stay at the hotel. All the staffs showed up were extremely kind and helpful, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was surprisingly good and offered a lot of options. It was a 12-min walk from the hotel to the old quarter and it's very quiet at night. Highly recommended and will choose again if we come back to Hanoi!
