Location is great, easy to access from the station and very quiet. Breakfast is not included but this proepertybhas kitchen, microwave and electric kettle so good enough to make breakfast. I also took breakfast at coffee shop near this property.

It was beyond my expectation. Host was very supportive and caring. It was a very comfortable stay and we wish to stay there longer! We use the kotatsu in cold rainy spring days, how warm. Host attention to details are what amazed me the most, they prepares us some delicious snacks and cooking basic needs (oils, dashi stock, salt, etc). And their care are very personal, like preparing some baby pads, strollers, cups and plates since I informed them about having baby. Ah… I can write long paragraphs about how satisfied and thankful we are to find Kamenoya for our Tokyo stay. Wish you have a healthy and happy life, Shion-san. Hope to stay in your place again someday.
