Best thing about this hotel is the location! Connected to a station and is in front of a bus stop. A string of restaurants sureound it. Behind it are supermarkets and hakyen shop (daiso). Hisayo-san was an amazing host! She was a delight to chat with. I wish I could have stayed longer! The accommodation was very clean and felt very cozy and homey. I loved the super convenient location, too. Very short walk to the train station, and a 4-minute train ride to the airport! It was a great experience, and I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Tokyo!

Extremely great value for people like me have overnight layover in Tokyo and neither want to spend $150+ for less than 10 hours stay, nor want to spend a night at the HND. The guesthouse is clean and comfy, you can stay in the living room chatting with the owner and other travelers, which is the best part staying in a hostel. It is just 3 mins walk from the train/metro station. Be prepared for carrying your luggage to second floor where the hostel is. Convenience store and restaurants surround the hostel. If you are a light sleeper, eat plugs is recommended just in case your roommate snore. The owner is super friendly, no problem communicating in English. If you like manga, aka Japanese comic, you will have endless chat with him. Very satisfied stay. Highly recommend and will stay here again for sure next time.
