The staff were super helpful here in regards to communication with my luggage transfers. As for the accommodation itself was great as it is like having your little apartment with all of the basic ammendities. As it was very clean upon arrival which was perfect after a long trip!

The room has all you need! It’s a little bit small but it’s wisely designed. I stayed 10 nights with my partner and it all worked perfectly, specially considering the very affordable price. The design is very nice and it all felt new! The proyector was a very ideal!

It’s super spacious! We had no problems unpacking/packing multiple suitcases. Every night after a long day, we have space to store all our day’s purchases without worrying we will accidentally trip ourselves. Everything is clean, bathroom has bathtub so you can relax and soak urself after thousands of steps.

Location is great, short walk if take the Limousine Bus from Haneda to Sunshine City Terminal. Short walk to west Ikebukuro and Sunshine city. My wife left her gold ring during our stay and the host kindly kept it for week until we had time to pick it up.

The location can't be beat. Quiet residential neighborhood and right next to the station when you're ready to get into the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.
There's even a massage therapy company located right next to the hotel. I visited there after a long day of walking.

The owner of Sheena to Ippei is the loveliest and most helpful person -- I felt so warmly welcomed upon arriving and throughout my stay! Additionally, the facilities are cozy, comfortable, and very clean.
In terms of location, it is only a short walk from the nearest metro station (Shiinamachi), but note that only the Ikebukuro Line stops there, meaning that transfers will often be necessary. It was no problem for me, as I enjoyed walking around the area (there are lots of little local gems!) but just something to keep in mind if planning on exploring many parts of Tokyo.
