Exceptional location, services, and vibes! There’s daily snacks and non-alcoholic drinks which was super nice. The location is great so close to Sensoji temple and to train stations. There’s also a Don Quijote very close to the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and they can lend you an adapter if you need. The amenities in the hotel are great and the general japanesque atmosphere is amazing. The breakfast was also super delicious even though the set meals unfortunately had too many options with pork, but you get to choose from a set menu AND theres a buffet for breakfast so it all worked out in the end. I also loved that there was take out coffee if you wanted to grab one after breakfast!!

I have stayed here once before and loved the place, so returning to Japan, I was always going to be staying here for a period of time. Breakfast was as good as I remembered from my previous stay.
Sadly, I didn't enjoy this trip as much as the previous one due to being sick. That said the staff were fantastic in assisting my father and I contact a doctor who could speak English so we could get an appointment. I wish I knew the name of the staff member who helped so I could send a personal thank you to them.
The location in Asakusa is one of the best. Rooms are very comfortable.
Whilst it does not have washing machines, there is a laundromat nearby.

The hotel was so lovely. I really enjoyed the tatami flooring and the act of having to take your shoes off once you entered the venue. The staff were amazing and the customer service impeccable. Sensoji Temple was in walking distance and the surrounding area was so lively.

The hotel is crossing the street in front of Keisei Ueno station, I could arrive very fast and early to stay in the airport at the 6 am. I could rest my last night in Tokyo and be ready to my flight on time.

It was a short stay of 2 nights. We generally come during night time just for sleeping. Their amenities helped us to have relaxing nights. Provided hot water all the time. This is the first hotel which has provided Pyjamas. The receptionist always welcomed us warmly. They also stored our big bags which helped us to travel light for local destinations

Amazing hotel! The location is central but perfectly quiet at night, stores, station and restaurants all around the area. The room was really clean and quite big in comparison with other hotels in Tokyo.
The breakfast was also exquisite with generous portions and variety!
Overall an amazing place to stay!

The location was great, between three metro stations all serving various lines around Tokyo. It was easy to get to Shibuya, central Asakusa or further afield from the stations. The room was small, as is typical in Japan, but they were economical about space and I could easily store my luggage under/at the foot of the bed. Cleaning staff also came daily to remove trash and replace any towels as needed. I had a great night's sleep here - it was totally dark and quiet.
The laundry room was on the ground floor next to reception which was good as they policed this well to ensure no guest was hogging the machines with their clothes. I availed of the luggage forwarding service and staff were extremely helpful to me in organising this, they printed my label and explained clearly how it would work. Recommended!
