Incredible view. The location was also good, 8-10 minutes from Shinjuku station, and around a 5 minute walk to a ton of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was very good, but it would be nice if they changed the menu more frequently.

The location was great. Not too far from two metro stations. Only 1 exit away from Shinjuku station so close but didn’t have to deal with the madness of that station. Outside are two vending machines and an 7/11 is about an 5 min walk which we frequented after each day. Our hosts were amazing! They helped forward our luggage’s to our next accommodation. Also it’s so nice having the washer and dryer available to use. There were 3 or 4 machines available. Detergent is already in the machines but there is one machine without detergent if you would like to use your own.

The place was big enough for two people.
There was everything I needed for my short stay. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available. The self check-in was very convenient and the host was very responsive by message. Our room was ready a bit earlier than the check-in time, which was appreciated. The place was very clean. I would definitely stay again if I come back to Tokyo and want to be close to Shinjuku

AMAZING Staff. Great location out of the crowded Shinjuku, but with great walking distance from the station. If you want to take the Airport Limousine Bus to Narita, the stop is just in the hotel. Facilities and ammenities on point. Laundry room with cost. Free luggage storage.

We took express bus from Narita Airport to the nearby stop at Washington Hotel. It took another 8 minutes walk to the hotel. I did not take the breakfast in the hotel. But the bakery at the hotel is so so good. Your staff gave me the info for the transfer of my luggages to another hotel after I returned my Kawaguchiko which is really helpful.

Staffs are friendly. Hotel location is very convenient as it is 1 min walk from Higashi-Shinjuku station, and 10 min walk to Kabukicho. There are many restaurants nearby. Considering its location, price is cheap.
