The location is excellent, just steps from the station. The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything, which made our stay even better. We chose the family room, which was very spacious. Everything was clean and modern.

We loved this house! No other better way about it. The warm and kind hosts, amazing house, the location ... Everything was perfect. We were a family of 5, and not once did we feel the lack of anything. Everything was as per the listing, and Hans &Koki were very gracious with us. We really cherished our stay, and we can only recommend this as many times as possible to anyone else wanting a big comfortable house in a fantastic location!

The property was amazing! It was so clean, and had everything I needed as a solo traveler. The bathroom was very nice, and the sleeping area was very cozy. The location was also perfect! It was a close walk to the Ebisu train station, and there are so many nice restaurants and bars on the street leading up to it. I highly recommend this spot.

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. There is no staff though, so we had to plan our arrival and departure carefully because there was no lobby to leave our luggage. They considered our requests and tried to accommodate what they could. Location was great, super close to the train station and located in a quiet neighborhood. Overall very satisfied with the room and was so happy to be able to do laudry!

The location was perfect, close to trains and walkable! We wanted to stay in a neighborhood, not surrounded by tons of tourists; and this was ideal. The hosts were very responsive, and accommodating.
