Brilliant location for exploring Tokyo, close to the main train station. You also get very looked after.

It was an amazing location for the airport and to get all up on them TRAINs boiii! The area itself maybe didn't have much (they were also under construction of some new cool looking shiz-not sure exactly; but looking real fancy) but the train stations were right there! I could use the popular local Tokyo lines like Yamanote, or the Keikyu line-which is direct to Haneda. And I didn't have to deal with Shinagawa at all!!!!

This hotel ended up being one of our favourites on the entire trip. We stayed here our first night in Tokyo, and it ruined my expectations for Japanese hotels and hospitality for the rest of our trip! The room was massive by Japanese standards; the beds extremely comfortable (I found many of the other mattresses quite hard). We arrived very late - as dinner service was just windng up - but the bar staff allowed us to put in a last minute order and kept us well-supplied with free snacks! The rooms had lovely little balconies with a fantastic view of the Tokyo Tower. My absolute favourite part, though, was the gardens. They were gorgeous. And as we were staying there the night before Halloween, I was so thrilled to see pumpkins and jack-o-lanterns incorporated into the design. We spent a few hours - both the night we arrived and then the next morning- walking around and enjoying the gardens and their designs. I have stayed in a lot of conference centre hotels, and have an idea of what they are like. The Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa really reminded me more of a resort (with the drawback of not being all-inclusive). Additionally, though not fully explained here, the Grand Prince is one of three hotel towers that share the name and location. You're able to walk between them and use restaurants/bars across the property with little scrutiny.

Amazing hotel, located around 7 min walking from Shinagawa station. 30 minutes needed to get there from Haneda airport. It was spotless clean, with towels changed daily (if needed). Very nice staff, check in/out fast and efficient. I would definetly stay there one more time.

Very good connection to the city center and also the airport. Very good value for money, with a really nice view from the window (I had a room at the 20th floor). Overall, very satisfied with my room and this trip to Tokyo!

Great room, more spacious than others I've had in Tokyo. Desk and chair were nice to have. Very helpful staff, who loaned us umbrellas one day when it poured with rain and who were happy to store our luggage for several hours the day we left. Nearest station is Gotanda on the JR Yamanote Line, which is very convenient because trains on this line go to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo and many other sights - so no need to change trains. Well-stocked supermarket one block away and many restaurants and convenience stores close by

The hotel is located in a very convenient place that you don’t have to look far for what you need.

The hotel is basic but has everything what you need fridge, safe, hairdryer, kettle. The room was very clean. Very comfy beds.The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very very good. Easy to get to the metro by free shuttle. I would definately come again

The size of the room is bigger than other hotels. Daily cleaning and organizing of our room. Good location and close to train station. There's convenient store and food court connected to the building. Friendly staffs.

There's a direct bus to the airport that leaves from just down the road, which was helpful for our early morning flight. The hotel itself was great, and the staff were lovely.

Washing machine, iron, desk, chair, wide comfortable bed. 2 min to metro, 5 min to JR. Restaurants and convenience stores near by. Helpful staffs.
