I must say that Isabella hotel is my favorite hotel very new 6 months , the BEST place in Bacalar lagon front great service we had an amazing welcome with drinks great room with view in the lagoon spacious very friendly stuff PABLO great manager comfortable room and beds extra blankets free delicious breakfast and kayak close to the center very Good customer service

The ambiance was very nice well situated

The spot has some nice open common areas. It is very social, and the use of the credit bracelet system allows for easy ordering without having to carry cash. Very welcoming and assisted setting up excursions.

Rooms were very clean. Love love the decor in the room. Staff were very helpful. Boats were able to pull right up.

Our stay here was beautiful. The room was very clean, they provided new towels and toilet paper when we needed it. The property is beautiful and well kept. The restaurant food was delicious. We took advantage of their free transportation to the town in the morning to visit the Centro and wash our clothes. We will definitely be coming back here!

Great spot in the lagoon. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. Staff is amazing, welcoming and warm. 24/7 tea, coffee and water available. Activities included during the stay are great, we participated in soundhealing and the kayaking.

Guillermo is really a fantastic host! He makes life so easy in Blue bayou. The location is extraordinary. The cabins are spacious! Nearby you can find very good and affordable restaurants.

Loved being right on the lagoon, the patio by the lagoon was amazing. Views in the shade and sun. Great continental breakfast and all staff super friendly. Would love to stay longer! Next time!

Beryllos Bacalar is a peaceful place to stay, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding customer service. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely care about making your stay special. From helpful recommendations to thoughtful details, they go above and beyond for their guests. The rooms are comfortable and well designed, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Fabulous small hotel in a good location to explore Bacalar. No lagoon access so be aware you have to pay for that, or find one of the few and crowded free peers. But the rooms were clean and comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Very pretty property located on dirt road, about 20 minutes walk from main restaurants. Many tour operators near the hotel. Very clean and modern rooms.

The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. The kayak being included was awesome. The common room was great also at night to hang and play games ( giant backgammon board/table). The location is love a quiet in nature and all the buildings are separate which I loved .

The location is amazing! Sunsrise is the best!

The location is great, the end of the peer with a roof is amazing to be able to lounge the whole day, the food and the cocktails were also very good. Beds were confortables, overall a great stay!

The swimming pool area and the view is the best

The pools are fantastic, right out your door. Very secure with staff always available. Access to private lagoon area across the street. Walking distance to almost anywhere in town.

The breakfast was amazing! Huge and with choses and delicious beyond expectations for "breakfast included" . Beautiful roof top with hammocks and panoramic views. Great location, a short walk to the centre. Recommend the sailing trip on the Lagoon!

This family run hotel has charm. The grounds are amazing. Nice pool area. They also provided a laundry service for our clothes and it was FREE! Rodrigo was a great host. Informative about things to do around Bacalar, attentive to our needs, very professional

The place is amazing! Right what we where looking for

Location was approximately 10 minutes from the town. It was quiet and beautiful. Our rooms were comfortable and the dock and lagoon was stunning

The hotel is situated on the Lagoon. Every morning you to the sunrise. Incredible!

The property was exceptional to say the least about it!! Breakfast was terrific and brought to cabana or by water wherever u wanted each morning. Staff were kind and friendly want to make your stay nice. Especially a fellow named Evaristo, he was extra attentive to making our stay special!! Sad to leave and can’t wait to go back!

We particularly liked the energy of the place and the staff. We felt very welcome and "at home" right from the start. Rodrigo showed us around the whole complex and answered our questions. We really liked the Nest and Julia's yoga classes were brilliant. The location is also great if you want to walk to the center or go out to eat. The hotel's own bikes were also good. We booked a massage on the last day: Julie and Abdel did a great job.

Location ,enclosed parking, great service breakfast included a plus and people . I do apologize not good with names all of them where awesome our housekeeper Nereida did the extra mile.

the constant view of the lagoon, there is barely any music so you can listen to the birds and the water. rooms are big and fresh.

The platform with the hammocks was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable.
