Ideally located in a lovely position in Smiths Beach, walking distance to YCW beach and Smiths Beach. This newly renovated four-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. While the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is compact, the spacious outdoor deck extends the living space beautifully. The large outdoor area includes a BBQ and a generous garden, perfect for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and electric cooking, making meal prep easy. Two toilets add convenience for families. The property is fully fenced, offering privacy in a quiet location just a few hundred metres from the beach and walking tracks—an ideal setting for a coastal getaway. Pets are welcome but must remain outdoors, with conditions applying. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
