Perfect Beach House Getaway with an Awesome Outdoor entertaining area. Perfect for Large Families/ 2x Families /Girlie Getaways. "YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED" with the HUGE outdoor living area which differentiates us from other properties. Pull up/ pull down outdoor blinds to suit the weather. Linen and towels included in all stays. It's well located within walking distance from the shores of Smiths Beach / general store and GP track. Comfortable beds / 2 large bathrooms / 4 car parking spots.

Mother of 5: 3 teenagers / 1 husband and 1 male dog. LOL! We LOVE our Holiday home/s and have recently decided to let others enjoy our AMAZING place. The "Beach Theme" allows you to unwind and we provide everything to make your stay a memorable one. This Getaway is who I am and what I live for..... Clean/ Calm/ Relaxed

Perfect location for the Grand Prix Track/ Famous Smiths Surf Beach / Penguins. We are situated across the road from the park! Milk Bar is close by, walking distance to the beach. You will need a car to drive into Cowes. 3 supermarkets in Cowes and lots of restaurants/ shopping. There is a bus stop on the main road- 2 min walk to. Property is situated on a corner block with a Park across the road. There is to be no overcrowding and noise is to kept to a miminum after hours. Neighbours are residents so please keep the noise down. Failure to abide to noise regulations or overcrowding will lead to instant departure and loss of monies paid. Keep the place clean and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. All dishes to be washed and put away. Any extra cleaning will incur an extra fee. Example dishes not washed and put away - food / drink on floor / walls not cleaned up / pet poo left around the gardens.
