Designed to accommodate 2–3 families, it features a king master bedroom with ensuite, a queen bedroom, two bunk rooms, and a separate studio with its own queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and sheltered deck. Upstairs, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area opens onto a west-facing balcony with BBQ, outdoor seating, and serene views over parkland and paddocks frequented by kangaroos. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, gas cooktop, and dishwasher. Downstairs offers another lounge, additional bedrooms, laundry, and bathroom.
