Elevated 2 storey home in very quiet and exclusive one way street with 4 bedrooms and magnificent 180 degree views of Pt Phillip Bay by day and Mt Martha. . Located approximately 1km or a 15 minute walk to Dromana beach and shopping precinct and sleeps 8. (1xQ, 1xDB , 2xSB, 4 bunks). The main bedroom has a full ensuite and the house has 3 toilets. Bathrooms are new! NBN Wi Fi. NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, DISNEY PLUS and STAN access. We have a strict no pet policy. No Schoolies and No parties.
The street is a quiet one way street with permanent residences surrounding the house, so you can enjoy a nice relaxing holiday. You can park 3 cars in the driveway or a boat.
