Welcome to a fully self-contained haven, complete with its own well-appointed kitchen, a serene bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, a bathroom boasting a refreshing shower and toilet, and a cozy lounge area adorned with a comfortable couch. For those accompanied by little ones, a convenient portacot awaits. WIFI is also offered to guests. Please note this is a unit, and the owner lives on-site in his home at the front. The owner is lovely, respectful and will not interfere with your stay at all unless requested. Tailored to accommodate two adults and a child, this unit epitomizes the ideal golf-side retreat, a place where you can savour your holiday to the fullest while basking in pure relaxation. Unfortunately, the home does not have an oven or stove, but it does have a BBQ, Air Fryer and Electric Fry Pan that is available for use. There is a security camera that is located at the front of the home facing the driveway and front yard. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. This lovely home offers the following: Heating and cooling Washing machine Indoor dining table for 2 guests Unlimited WIFI Living room with a smart TV Outdoor BBQ Parking area Microwave - the home does not have a stove or oven Air fryer and electric fry pan Parking available in the driveway This home sleeps 2 guests across 1 bedroom. Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed (2 guests) All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or fees will be charged. Please note, this is a unit and the owner lives on-site in his home at the front. The owner is lovely, respectful and will not interfere with your stay at all unless requested.
