The spacious open-plan living area features a large flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for home-cooked meals and movie nights. The main bedroom includes a queen bed with sun-filled windows, while the second bedroom is designed for kids with a tri-bunk and single bunk. Comfort is ensured year-round with reverse cycle heating and cooling. A large bathroom with a bath and a separate laundry with washing machine add to the convenience. After a beach day, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind at the outdoor dining area. Located near the Smiths Beach General Store, the property is also close to YCW Beach, the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, Cowes, and the iconic penguin parade. Free Wi-Fi is available, making it a great base for exploring all the Island has to offer. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. *Online registration and payment of a bond is required for all bookings.
