From the moment you arrive, you will feel an immediate sense of calm. Light-filled interiors, warm timber accents, and striking exposed beams create an instantly welcoming atmosphere. Every corner of this home has been designed for effortless holiday living, whether you are gathering around the dining table for a long, lazy lunch, enjoying a movie night in the comfortable lounge, or opening the doors wide to let the fresh sea breeze drift through the open-plan spaces. HEATING & COOLING Reverse cycle heating and cooling to main living areas and main bedrooms. This home sleeps 7 guests across 3 bedrooms. BEDROOM LAYOUT: Bedroom 1 - 1 queen bed Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed Bedroom 3 - 1 single bunk bed and single trundle (BYO linen for trundle) SINGLE TRUNDLE BED Please note that the single trundle bed is stored underneath the bunk bed and is not made up. If you wish to use the trundle bed, you will need to bring your own doona, doona cover, sheets, pillowcase and towels for this guest (doona and pillow provided) EXTRA SINGLE FOLD-OUT BED An additional single fold-out bed is available in the wardrobe of Bedroom 2. This bed is not included in the advertised bedding configuration and is provided as an extra option if required. If you choose to use the fold-out bed, you will also need to bring your own doona, doona cover, sheets, pillowcase and towels. PLEASE NOTE When the trundle bed and fold-out bed are both in use, the bedrooms become quite compact and there is limited space to move around. Linen and towels are provided for all advertised beds. Please note that linen and towels are not supplied for the trundle bed or the fold-out bed.
