Freshly renovated 3-bedroom home, perfect for a quintessential, low-key family Summer holiday. Sleeping arrangements include one queen, one double, and two single beds, offering comfort for families or small groups. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The modern, light-filled interiors feature a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom and reverse-cycle air conditioning/ceiling fan in the main living area for year-round comfort. Just a 15-minute walk to Rosebud Beach, with cafes and local attractions nearby, the home is ideally located for both relaxation and exploration. Rosebud Woolworths is 1km away and Rosebud Pier 1.3km. The flat block is perfect for kids and pets to run and play freely, with a bbq and outdoor setting for 6. Further improvements are coming in 2026, including an additional living/sleeping area, a new bathroom, and a refreshed garden with a new back fence.
