The Ranch has been operating since 1980. The Ranch operates school camps, accommodation, events including weddings, kid's birthday parties and corporate groups. The Ranch mission is to get people (of all ages, cultures and abilities) outdoors, having fun in a safe environment! Physical activity positively correlates to mental health benefits. We invite you all to 'hit the switch' on your every day routine and and experience the HERE AND NOW!

Property info

The Ranch is set on 200 acres with beautiful views of rolling hills and Bass Strait. Our accommodation is comprised of quaint open-plan timber cabins. With close to 50 horses, you can have the opportunity of having the unique experience of seeing them running in and out of the yards every day. Our cabins are fitted with a split system (heating and cooling), a small kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities, a toaster, kettle, microwave, a bar fridge, a flat-screen TV and private bathroom with a shower. We have a variety of activities onsite that you can book, including horse riding, mountainboarding, archery, rock climbing, high ropes, amongst other. Additionally, there are other free activities available during your stay - including a multipurpose court (tennis , basketball & netball) a beach volleyball court, a swimming pool and a games room. There is a communal camp kitchen which offers a cooktop, BBQ, microwave and fridge. Our reception and kiosk is situated in a beautiful limestone Chapel. The kiosk has a range of Ranch housemade pies, sausage rolls, filos, mixed muffins and cookies, available for you to eat in or take away. There is also a range of potato chips, ice-creams and drinks, including coffee. We use Little Rebel 'Black Sheep' coffee beans. We can't wait to welcome you to The Ranch!

The Ranch is located in a beautiful part of the world, at the southern end of the Mornington Peninsula. It is a tourism hot spot, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle! We're surrounded by beautiful walking trails, national parks and beaches, wineries, breweries and distilleries, hot springs, wonderful restaurants and other really cool outdoor activities such as (golf, water bikes, tree surfing and the eagle). There is so much to do within a stones throw away!

We supply fitted sheets to all beds, but you are required to bring your own personal bedding - pillows, doonas etc and also towels for the ensuite and the swimming pool. HOWEVER, we do now offer linen packages. $25 x double bed + $15 x single beds, all including towels. WE REQUIRE 3 DAYS NOTICE IF YOU REQUIRE LINEN.
