Sian and Peter West are Principals of Ocean Blue Coastal Retreats and discovered the Mornington Peninsula in 2004 when purchasing a holiday home as an investment. In 2006, Blue Moon Cottages was purchased and a group of four cottages formed the core of the business. Since then, more accommodation was added and we now have a portfolio of more than 40 properties. Their Mornington Peninsula knowledge comes from living on the peninsula since 2008, and working closely with Tourism Victoria and Mornington Peninsula Tourism has built an award-winning tourism business. They are both “hands on” in the business ensuring both guests and owners are provided with attention to detail at every level.

PAWfect (outdoor pets only) Yay! the outdoors has a dedicated play area and is fenced with a small kennel. Access is via the side of the house as pets are not allowed inside at all. There is artificial grass for me unless my hoomans take me for a walk. and there is the best dog beach at Tassells Cove where I can run free in the shallow water. And there’s a special basket just for me. No way! What’s in there? Ooh, ooh! a treat from PAWDINKUM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

The Martha Cove area offers the ideal coastal lifestyle, with pristine beaches a short walk away, marinas, and the Provincia Food Store is a 12 min walk and located on the beach. At the Marina, Marthas Restaurant is one of our favourites for fine dining and Arthurs Cafe next door is great for casual food and there is also a grocer and cellar. They are only a 5 min drive or a 30 min walk.
