In stunning parkland, close to York, Aldwark Manor Estate is a Victorian manor house that mixes traditional style with modern bedrooms featuring free WiFi. Aldwark Manor is the ideal place to relax after sightseeing in York, Harrogate and the surrounding areas. The lounges have a terrace patio overlooking the gardens and golf course, ideal for a pre-dinner drink. Each room at the property features tea/coffee making facilities, a room service menu and a seating area. The bathrooms feature a walk in shower, and a hairdryer. Our brand new golf course is now open too, having undergone an exciting new refurbishment! Salus Spa & Leisure Facilities Unwind in our beautiful Salus Spa & Leisure Facilities, inspired by the Roman goddess of wellbeing. Enjoy a 15-yard heated swimming pool, scenic sauna and steam room in a peaceful setting designed for relaxation. Spa access is available for an additional charge (2 hours) and must be booked directly with the hotel before arrival, subject to availability. Upgrade your experience with our Spa Garden, featuring a luxury hydrotherapy pool, woodland sauna and outdoor relaxation areas. Spa Garden access is also available for an additional supplement, must be pre-booked, and is subject to availability. Our health club facilities are designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and over, ensuring a relaxing and tranquil environment for all our guests.

Children aged 16 and under sharing parents room are accommodated free and only charged for meals as taken. Children aged 16 and under, sharing with 1 adult or in their own room are charged at 50% of the adult rate.

If someone books South Lodge on the day they are scheduled to arrive, that the 'Hot Tub' may take some time to heat up.

Our spa & leisure facilities are closed for redevelopment, the upgraded leisure facilities are due to re-open October 2025 and our exciting new spa facilities early 2026. Please note construction some rooms have a construction view.
