Situated in the centre of the village this B listed house dates back to the 17th century but has been upgraded to a high standard with free wifi. The kitchen area is fully equipped and has a microwave, full size cooker and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge freezer. In the sitting room there is a flat screen smart TV with NOW TV and a DVD Player. There is an Ensuite shower room in the Double bedroom and we have an upstairs bathroom accessable from the landing. We also provide a travel cot and high chair for small children under 3 yrs. We have private parking at the back of the building as well as parking at the front. .

The property is owned and managed by Catherine and Peter Pearce who live within walking distance to the property and are very knowledgeable about areas in Scotland and places to go for a day out. Visitors to the property are welcome to contact us throughout the day for help and advice about local attractions .

The property is set on a quiet street and at the end of the Street there is a children's playground. There are local takeaway restaurants pubs and you can book a table at the Tartan Rooster and The Puttery both within walking distance from the property. Sitting in the heart of Scotland we are 7miles from the famous Kelpies Attraction, 9miles from the Falkirk Wheel and 14 miles from the Town of Stirling with its historic Castle. Culross village is 10 mins by car and is a historic village where they filmed Outlander. Blair Drummond Safari Park is a 25min car journey and very popular with families. You can access the Fife Coastal Walking Path from the house which takes you along the Forth to where you can view the Forth Bridges and eventually brings you to the historic town of St Andrews with its sandy beaches We are also within easy reach of Loch Lomand and the Trossachs.
