This modern and cosy house is located in the heart of the market town of Thirsk, and is convenient for everything. Only a short walk to the bustling town centre and it's amenities including pubs, restaurants, shops and a public swimming pool, but found in a quiet cul de sac. By car York, Harrogate and Leeds are all within an hour's drive. Free allocated private parking is available, as well as on street parking in front. EV parking is not possible at the property but there are plenty of charge points nearby.

A quiet but central location. Close to the public swimming pool and the town. Everything is within a few minutes walk and if travelling by car, it's perfect base from which to explore the stunning countryside of North Yorkshire and James Herriot. From country walks on the Yorkshire Moors with it's quaint, quiet pubs, to the stunning coastline with some of the best Fish and Chips in the UK at Scarborough and Filey. Flamingo Land and Lightwater Valley are less than an hour away and there are a multitude of abbeys (Rieveaulx and Byland to name a few) and many other historic buildings all within a reasonable driving distance. There is never a shortage of things to do in North Yorkshire.
