Fabulous location, close to southbank with many food and drink options. Nice amenities, comfy bed, clean apartment and staff were lovely.

The staff were amazing, Giovanni, Ilaria and Nabila really know how to make a guest feel at home. The location is perfect for knowing the city, near the station, trams, museum and historic landmark. The hostel is clean and the rooms are basic but comfy with enough liveable space.

I had a really pleasant stay at Vibe Hotel Melbourne. The location is excellent—close to public transport, restaurants, and lots of Melbourne attractions, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great bed and nice city views. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, it’s a stylish and convenient hotel that I’d happily stay at again.

Clear instructions on and smooth check-in process, direct lift access from carpark to lobby and room levels, kitchen equipped with enough utensils for simple cooking. Loved the apartment layout with separate private bathrooms for both the bedrooms. Multiple cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely view of the railway tracks traveling to the rail station nearby.

The staff at the Adelphi were wonderful. They helped us with our luggage, serving us drinks and even got cutlery for us to eat out takeaway. My friend had a walker and they were quick to help her access the building via the service lift. The little lounge/ dining area in the ground floor was a great spot. We loved our big rooms and comfortable beds. Couldn't hear any noise from surrounding areas. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the Regent Theatre which was where we were going.

The location was perfect for everything you need. It is so quiet considering you’re in the CBD. The outdoor area is perfect especially with kids and the addition of the outdoor games, makes for wholesome family fun.

We loved the lobby, the location, the beds!, the size of the rooms, the shower! Everything. The temperature of the room and views. Will stay again. The buffet breakfast was ace! And the staff were wonderful.

Staying at Crown Promenade made my visit to Melbourne even more memorable. The hotel is centrally located yet very quite and private. The staff were very friendly and kind and always eager to help. Rooms are spacious (I had the standard king), very clean and well equipped. Great sound insulation so you can barely hear anyone from the other rooms. I stayed at an upper floor and I could see St Kilda from my window. Hotel facilities are excellent, from the elevators to valet parking or the pool. I would strongly recommend to anyone visiting the city for leisure or business. I was sorry to leave and hope to be back again to Melbourne soon. I would stay at Crown Promenade again.
