It smelled AMAZING and everyone was so friendly. Rooms were comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. Amazing stay!

Loved everything - so spacious and really feels luxurious. Booked two rooms, one with river views and the second for teenage son. Son’s room was upgraded at no extra cost, a lovely touch. Loved the walk in wardrobes in both rooms. Breakfast was superb.

The included breakfast was amazinnnnggg! Every option you could ever want was there. I had a view of the Cathedral from my room- it was stunning! The room was spacious for a single traveler, and you couldn't beat the location! I went to see a concert at the AO Arena- I was back in the hotel less than 15 minutes after it ended- that's how close it was!

I love the location right near shopping and downtown. There was a lovely bar down stairs that also had good snacks. The room was very reasonably priced and super clean and efficient.

Convenient location, easy to get to most places around Manchester. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and a decent size. Plus it had all the facilities you would need.

The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was very comfortable with amazing pillows. There’s a plug and usb ports all around the bed and the desk. The staff were always very friendly.
