Location was fantastic and the staff outstanding, So polite and friendly and eager to help.

Beautiful property with exceptionally comfortable, modern rooms and lovely staff. The complimentary drinks and nibbles were a great surprise.

Classic British decor and demeanor, fittingly right across from Buckingham Palace Royal stage coaches and horses (the Mews) w delicious dining room and high tea room. We enjoyed Room 208 for its light and airy feel with bathtub. The terrific staff from the front doormen to the front desk (Charlie!) and management team was superior. The gentleman waiter in the New York lounge was divine. The human touch with our differently abled guest, a wheelchair on offer, was graciously kind.

Everything. Our needs were catered to from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Excellent central location but a quiet and cosy hotel. Perfect!

Absolute best place to stay when in London. The hotel is well located next to the main tube lines, but still on a quiet street, so no noise. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and also no noise from the corridor or other rooms. Stuff was very kind and professional, appreciate quick responses and attendance.

The check in was quick & easy, the guy on the desk was very friendly & helpful. We had a budget room, the bed was clean & comfortable, the window opened & closed ok, there was a little street noise which quietened down later in the evening. The shared shower & toilet rooms were small but clean. The location was great, 100 yards from a pub with real ale & home cooked food & 200 yards from Victoria station.

It's got charm...and a lot of stairs, so be prepared! The vending machine in the lobby is all free drinks, the vegetable soup was amazing! There was a home cooked free breakfast and the two women making it did an amazing job. I was so happy to experience full english breakfast. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants within walking distance as well as walking distance to public transportation.

If you are arriving or departing from Victoria Rail Station it's only a 5 to 10 min walk...,

The staff was amazing. They set up a birthday celebration in our room that was more than I had expected when they asked if we were there for a special occasion. The room and facilities were very comfortable and in a great location. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely comfortable deluxe room. Staff all excellent especially Winston and Richab. Superb breakfast. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try the restaurant on this visit. Hotel location is excellent. We will be back.

The breakfast was spectacular. I thought the charge for bringing up a bucket of ice of 12 pounds was ridiculous. I had several drinks in the bar / lounge - the service was excellent! I used the gym and it was clean with good equipment.

The hotel is flawless. Enjoyed everything about it the bar, the dining room, restaurant, the tea room, and especially the bedroom with the turndown service. Was a delight, returning to the room at night to have the classical music playing with a Goring sheep on my bed.

This was our 3rd stay at the property. The hotel, location and staff are brilliant. The suites are amazing and very roomy. The level of service you get is exceptional. We think this is the best hotel in London. Thank you to all the staff at Taj 51
