The hotel was exceptional, rooms were amazing, super comfy beds. Breakfast was great and our 3 nights there was a lovely way to end our UK holiday. Perfectly located to access all the sights.

Perfect location for a visit to London! Round the corner from the underground and a short walk to Victoria and Albert and Science Museums. Surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. Host was welcoming and very helpful.

Location: Fantastic location. Two different major underground stations walking distance, 10-15 minutes to get in to central London. Property: Effortless check-in and check-out. There is 24h concierge at the property. Both day and night concierge staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a minor issue with the safe in the room (it was my mistake), Piotr very kindly resolved this for me very swiftly. Room: Clean, convenient, has all the equipment as mentioned on the listing. As a single traveler, plenty of space in the room and storing cupboard / shelves.

Loved the quiet neighborhood that is just steps from the underground. As we visited during a heat wave, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had AC and the shower was the best we had in all of our travels.!

A truly amazing hotel. Right next to the Natural history museum, with great breakfast and very interesting style. I had to have some large boxes shipped to the hotel prior to my arrival and they handled it perfectly. The staff is amazing. I will 100% stay there again when I'm in London next.

Property and services are great! All our needs were satisfied immediately. Great location, great breakfast, wonderful ambiance, exceptional staff.
