Our family had a fantastic experience at the Marco Polo Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Ms. Clare, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room was spotless and very comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after our daily adventures. The hotel's location is also excellent; it’s accessible to many attractions, which makes exploring the area a breeze. Overall, we highly recommend the Marco Polo Hotel for families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay!

The hotel is just perfect, the service is at the highest possible standards, starting from the door openers at the entrance to the phone operators - the entire hotel team which I came across and interacted with during the stay is amazing - thank you all.

the location is very excellent, rooms are big , everything is nearby the restuarants, the metro line , the bus stop easy approach, if we want ferry is also nearby

Fantastic Room View and absolutely comfortable! I felt so at home and pampered. The front desk personnel, Jeffrey, was extra accommodating to our requests and made our stay very convenient and feeling really taken cared of.

Newly renovated room. Clean and spacious connecting room, location and friendliness and attentiveness of staffs. Having stayed in all three hotels at Harbour City, I like Prince the most.

I had a great stay at Hotel Benito. The location is extremely convenient, right in the middle of a market area where you can find almost everything you need, shopping, food, and easy access to public transport. For breakfast, I highly recommend Red Tea Local Restorant, which offers a very nice start to the day. If you’re looking for Indian food, Saravanaa Bhavan is nearby and serves excellent vegetarian meals. The hotel is also very close to the MTR station, making it easy to get around. I strongly suggest getting an Octopus Card; it makes travel and shopping incredibly convenient. You can purchase it at MRT stations (cash only) and then top it up at 7-Eleven stores. Public transport is much more efficient and convenient compared to Uber or taxis. I requested a firm mattress, and the staff were very accommodating in providing it, great service. The room isn't very big, but it’s comfortable and works well if you are travelling with limited luggage. The night security guard was very helpful and always welcomed us with a smile, even calling the lift stairway when we arrived at the door, such a nice personal touch. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay, especially for travellers who want easy access to shopping and public transport.

Great location, everything is within walking distance, as well as the subway. The staff were super nice, liked the room, and the rooftop place with a fantastic view of the harbor.

The whole hotel smells amazing! We loved the modern interior, the cleanliness and the location to the MTR and restaurants.

We were upgraded to a big room without request, it was a real surprise. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only downside is a couple steps to the elevator though there is a helping staff right beside the steps. The breakfast is excellent and the seaside setting is a plus.
