The staff is very friendly. The location is perfect, smack in the middle of the Spanish Quarter (Historic center). Real Napoli experience!

All throughout the hotel and the room you are provided with a panoramic view of Napoli. The food is excellent, and the staff is helpful. The furnishings and are in the hotel are beautiful. The tree-lined swimming pool built into the rock of the mountain is lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms.

The hôtel is ideally located in front of the sea and literally close to everything. Breakfast is great, and you get to have it facing the gorgeous view. The room was comfortable, although not facing the sea. Staff is exceptional and super nice.

Everything was great. The breakfast offered a nice combination of different options. The location was excellent and easy to access. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Very nice hotel friendly staff great location

We had an incredible stay here and the room was absolutely perfect. It felt brand new, equipped with everything we needed, and was spotlessly clean. The attention to detail was clear, and it made our stay so comfortable. The personnel were amazing, especially Maria – she was a true gem and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference. The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of Toledo Street, with everything you could need within walking distance. Whether it was dining, shopping, or just exploring, everything was right at our fingertips. Breakfast was also a highlight, with the fridge fully stocked with water, juices, milk, jams, honey, and much more. It was such a convenient and thoughtful touch. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Very well located near all sights and transportation.

It was in an excellent location. The room and bathroom were clean and nice sizes. The breakfast was well worth its money.

Great location, walking distance to main attractions, metro Municipio, Spanish quartier and via Toledo. Breakfast was really good, delicious italian pastries.

Centrally located, quiet, very clean, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff – a great place to stay in Naples.

Location, location, location. This is really a perfect location. It is central to everything, it is quiet in the night and very alive during the day. It is close to very good restaurants, close to taxi's, close to the harbour. The rooms are comfortable, the shower and the beds are great. Best I have had in a long while in hotels, the breakfast was very nice and tasty the staff was willing to help you if you wanted something else or special. and the Wifi is really good and realable. What more do you want? I really think that there is no better place to stay in Napels. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Unreal location. If you want to do Naples in style choose this hotel. Rooms are fantastic, I love that it’s all codes to access the hotel so very easy. The room was worth the money. Breakfast was also very nice. The location is perfect as you are in the main area and close to the harbor and some other stuff.

Third time we've stayed here. Perfect location for ferries and exploring wonderful Napoli. We'll be back.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Napoli - great breakfast and all day Italian treats

All fabulous! No complaints- rooms- breakfast- staff - all excellent!

Location location location If like me you wanted to be close to the alibus stop, the island ferry ports and walk around the historical center without having to sleep in all that craziness AND 8 minutes walk when you leave the opera house. On top of that they eaven got us breakfast at 4 in the morning before going to the airport for a 6:00 flight.
