Best motel experience ever. Best staff very helpful. Lost my phone and the manager helped me and let me use the phone and computer all day. Gave me water and made me fee comfortable. And in the rooms there were treats in the room which added another touch. Water. Chips and biscuits. Was given a late checkout.

It was clean, friendly staff and breakfast was awesome many options to choose from. Walking distance to Waterworld which the kids loved.

The place was bright and clean, new and spacious. Easy self parking, and close to the CBD and supermarkets. The kitchen was brilliant and had adequate pots and pans, dishes and cutlery.

Customer service from the lady that we spoke with After hours etc, quiet location specially traveling from the far north hokianga after work to waikato for the Waka ama Nationals. Even though we booked our accom for us to check in the day before but didnt arrive till the early morning next day
