The bed was very comfortable and the location was close to everything we were in Perth to see.

The comfort was exceptional. The temperature in my room was perfect, the bedding could not have been nicer, and the coffee/tea service in the room was lovely. Staff was welcoming and helpful. A short 10 - 15 minute walk to museum with the Stone of Destiny in the city centre and about a 30 minute walk from the hotel to the Blackwatch Castle.

This place was lovely! From the staff to the rooms, everything was delightful. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had coffee, tea, and other beverages. Breakfast was delicious!

I think this is the only property that the heater work during my trip in scotland

The accommodation was very clean and the room was warm on our arrival. The staff were very helpful and friendly. In terms of price, it is excellent. We attended a concert and wanted somewhere to sleep. A basic self service breakfast was provided which was appreciated and easily kept us going till lunchtime.

House is beautifully appointed with all that you would ever need for a short stay. The cleaning lady was very nice, met her as we checked out.

We enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. The guest guidebook was a bonus as well.

Close to center, large, perfect for family group, lots of space for eating, and sitting chatting

Lovely flat, had everything you need for self catering and was very clean and comfortable. Central to Perth so plenty little shops around for basics and supermarkets close by for a bigger shop. Although it is a city center it was relatively quiet, I also had no problem parking in a side street less than 1 min walk from the flat, it was free in the evening and all day Sunday so only ended up paying for a couple of hours over Saturday/Monday day time which was a lot cheaper than the parking sites I looked on and a lot closer. Needed the car as we were doing activities just outside Perth but its relatively close to train/bus station so car wasn't essential if your staying within city limits. Easy self check in and host was on the ball with messaging instructions etc. Well worth the money, would definitely stay again.

Located in the town center an easy walk to the shopping streets, the museum, excellent restaurants, historical buildings, and the river. Place was very clean, spacious, 2 bedrooms, be was perfect.. not too soft… not too hard. Pillows were great… one bigger pillow, one thinner pillow, one smaller pillow. Suitable for every need. Shower was great. Kitchen fully equipped. Top floor with some views, pretty light.

Centrally located, excellent facilities, really well heated and very spacious.
